DNA probes design and foodborne pathogen detection methods

On April 30, 2020, Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) from INESC-MN and BioSense Institute conducted the 2nd OJC. The meeting focused on discussing articles related to the IPANEMA SOL2 topic: Paper-based detection of Campylobacter spp. It was dedicated to Young Scientists to support them in exchanging their knowledge, opinions, and perspectives concerning research in the field of detection of foodborne pathogens.

ESRs were presenting how to design DNA probes, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of electrochemical and optical detection methods from many aspects.

OJC2 presentation, where you can also find a list of references, is now available for download.
