NANOPARTICLES FOR Campylobacter spp. DETECTION IN FOOD

July 3rd was a day for another IPANEMA’s  Online Journal Club (OJC4)!
For this purpose, Young Researchers from the INRAe organized an interesting presentation with the topic: “Nanoparticles for Campylobacter spp. detection in food”.

 

Through OJC4, we were able to get acquainted with gold nanoparticle colorimetric sensors, and with the role of silica nanoparticles in nucleic acid-based detection, as well as to learn more about different enrichment approaches for analyses of Campylobacter -contaminated food samples.
